Got up early to ride Flax. And Rufus before rain showers and predicted storms – and Daniel.

It’s been 14 days somehow since I last got on Flax – though he has been in the yard three times. He was cool and calm and fun.

I took Rufus out with friend and her Highland – Chester – we went out around the Marquis of Lorne track just making it back on the damp side of dry. Rufus was brisk.

Farrier came lunch time and I got everyone in the barn. Remove and refit for Rufus and Flax. Turned back out.

Buddy stood in fairly quiet all hay being soaked now and fed wet.
